We’re owners and sisters Michelle Novosel and Caitlin Lyon, and we opened Pizzelle’s Confections in 2013 at Historic Lowe Mill. Now located at Campus 805, Pizzelle's is an award-winning eclectic mix of edible art and culinary exploration.

We bring our lifelong love of fine chocolate, and culinary and visual art to every creation. Our mission is to share our love and knowledge of chocolate and confections so that our customers have a greater understanding and appreciation of fine chocolate and confectionary art.

A visit to Pizzelle's is an experience! We love what we do, and have we a great time doing it. At Pizzelle's, we always say: we take our chocolate very seriously – but ourselves, not so much!
