About the event
Ages 12 & Up (Ages 12-15 must be accompanied by a participating adult)
Instructor: Emily Hawkins, Executive Pastry Chef
Students will learn about different types of buttercream, icing cakes, and decorating techniques, including piping and buttercream flowers. Students will take home their 4-inch decorated cake, a certificate, and recipe handouts.
