About the event
Instructor: Michelle Novosel, Executive Chocolatier
Ages 12 & Up (Ages 12-14 must be accompanied by a participating adult).
Students will learn about different types of chocolates, caramels, ganaches, and about chocolate tempering. Students will decorate, shell, fill, and cap chocolate bonbons, and leave with a box of 24 of their creations and a certificate.
