About the event
Ages 12 & Up (Ages 12-15 must be accompanied by a participating adult)
Instructor: Michelle Novosel, Executive Chocolatier
Students will learn about different types of chocolates, caramels, ganaches, and about chocolate tempering. Students will decorate, shell, fill, and cap chocolate bonbons, and leave with a box of 24 of their creation, a certificate, and recipe handouts.
