Shipping & Returns
We ship mid-October through March.
We cannot ship to PO boxes. We are shipping to the contiguous United States only at this time.
At this time, we ship out only on Mondays and Tuesdays. If you place your order after 2pm on Tuesday, it will not ship out until the following Monday or Tuesday. Please take this into account when placing your order.
Shipping volume throughout the US is still very high. If you're sending a box to someone in Huntsville, AL, Priority ground shipping is generally fine. If you're shipping a box to any other state, we strongly encourage you to use Priority Express shipping. In some cases, regular Priority shipping is taking 5 - 14 days to be delivered.
We typically ship using USPS for the best rates. If your order is large, it may require more than one shipping box. If your order requires multiple shipping boxes, you will incur additional shipping charges. If this is the case, we'll contact you as soon as possible to advise you of your options.
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your order is processed, you’ll receive a second email with tracking information.

Pizzelle’s Confections cannot be held responsible for damage that may occur during shipping, including heat damage.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping providers due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control. We do our best to package your order to prevent any damage during shipping; however, once products leave our shop, any damage that occurs is out of our hands.
